This package serves as an all-you-need Birth Doula plan. During our visits, I will help you build your Dream Birth Plan, answer all questions and concerns you may have, teach you comfort measures for before labor and during, get to know YOU and your values so that I may best assist you during your birth, and provide educational resources and contacts for other Care Providers in Colorado. I will also help empower your Partner to feel confident and secure in standing beside you. With this package, I also assist with at home basics using our postpartum visit including breastfeeding basics, infant care, and household tasks. $1250

-2 Prenatal visits (no time limit)

-Unlimited availability on phone for questions, concerns, and updates 24/7 through pregnancy and 4 weeks postpartum

-On-call in-person availability wk 37 on

-Day of labor and delivery care, up to 4 hours after birth

-Use of all my Labor Tools (heat, cold, massage, exercise ball, TENS, et cetera)

-First Meal-Train Meal (day after labor)

-1 Postpartum visit (4 hours)

This package includes all offerings from the Standard Package and also includes the following: $1750

-A third Prenatal Visit (no time limits)

-My availability to participate in all prenatal appointments that you desire

-A second postpartum visit emphasizing household tasks and infant care (limit 6 hours)

-First and Second Meal-Train Meal (first two days after labor)

This offering is for the Parent who wants full time access to a Pregnancy and Birth expert, but does not desire an additional person at their labor, or doesn’t have time for a structured childbirth course. We can discuss any topics you desire, see below for some ideas. Our sessions will be personalized, evidence based, and designed to empower you for the big day! $75 per 90-minute session, 2 sessions for $120, or 4 for $225.

-Unlimited phone availability through 2 weeks after birth (Call me your Midnight Google!)

This package serves as an offering for families with more than one child who desires an extra hand for sibling care. $750

-One Introduction Meeting to bond


-Help involving siblings in your labor experience via fun educational activities and inclusion

-Help facilitating adjustments to new baby sibling

-Staying with siblings wherever you go

-Preparing meals and snacks as needed


This package serves as an offering for the Last-Minute Birth or for the parents who have all the information that they need - and only desire emotional, physical, and advocacy support during their birth. $750

-One Prenatal Meeting (we will go over your birth plan, how I can help, and my tools for you)

-Day of labor and delivery care, up to 4 hours after birth

This package serves as an offering for family and loved ones to Gift to Pregnant People and their Partners. $300

This includes:

-One 3-4 hour in person educational prenatal visit (we will go over comfort measures, partner support, common interventions, breastfeeding, your care providers and their protocol, your birth plan, self-advocacy).

-Community resources and paper handouts

-Unlimited Q&A during the session

-A 10% discount on the Standard Doula, Extra Care, Virtual Doula, or Travel Doula Packages
