A Tidbit About Me;

Hey there! I’m Chrystal - I am a DONA Doula and a graduate of Regis University where I studied for my Bachelors in Healthcare Administration.

My Fiancé and I live in Littleton (where we are both born and raised) with our Beloved Spaniel, Fisher. My educational history includes time as a Nurse Aid, a Student Ambassador at St. Anthony Hospital where I received a letter of recommendation, and a Bachelors Degree in Healthcare Administration from Regis University.

In my free time you can find me with a cup of tea and a book, or out in the mountains hiking, identifying plants, and trying to keep up with posting on NPDC’s social media!

My labor experience specializes in In Vitro Fertilization, Surrogacy, Vaginal Birth After Cesarean (VBAC), and water-birth. Most recently, I partnered with Midwife Sandra Elkins of Panhandle Birth Center (Amarillo, TX) and was honored to help four Mothers through their labors. Currently, I am partnered with Colorado Mountain Doulas, an agency serving a wide portion of Colorado.

I am here to answer any questions - please don’t hesitate to reach out!
